- Jacob is a long form short film exploring the power of the media, what captures the attention of a nation, and the effects national attention has on the people excluded from it. Their efforts resulted in festival wins, screenings across the country, guest speaker engagements at major institutions and of course, the birth of Two Penguins Productions.

- One of our first major commercial gigs was purely musical: We scored this spot for Microsoft's Idea Wins campaign, a competition to discover the best small business idea floating around in the minds of Microsoft users the world over. What Microsoft discovered instead was what we have known all along: These Penguins can carry a tune! Music by Daniel Fickle.

- Peace Wanted Alive: Kenya
- This past April, we spent ten days in Nairobi and Naivasha capturing Kenya in the aftermath of the violence that erupted after the January 2008 elections. This short film documents the brave efforts of a group of peacekeepers dedicated to restoring Kenya. Cinematography and Music by Daniel Fickle.

- In a 2002 survey, 43% of 12-19 year old girls bought l.e.i. jeans, making it the most popular brand of jeans on the American market. L.e.i. is under the umbrella of fashion super company, Jones Apparel Group, who approached Two Penguins to produce this spot for their nationwide "Model Citizen" competition, targeting young women across the country who embody "Life", "Energy" and "Intelligence". - Mark Smith and Oskar Enander spent four years filming and photographing winters in Alaska as part of the North Project. Adventurous? Absolutely. But we're the ones who hand-drew and animated the more than 6,000 frames creatively documenting the opening of the North Project's photo exhibit in Portland. How's that for adventure?
